I thought I would take you to a calming beach in Japan today. Imagine the sun setting on Ishigaki. You're sat with your friends and someone grabs a guitar and sings this.
That is how the song feels. I would compare this song to I'm Yours by Jason Mraz. Honestly a really beautiful song too. But that's not what this post is about haha. The beginning of the song has a ukulele playing as Hiraidai sings. It reminds me a bit of the movie Blue Hawaii, a movie I used to watch a lot with my late Grandma. I imagine she might like this song haha. I'm sure she's saying good choice Alex. Later into the song it sounds like they introduce a banjo into the mix, making it have a slight country vibe to it. I like the mix of ukulele's and banjo's for some reason, I really like how they sound together. If anyone knows any other songs with these instruments please let me know.
I tend to listen to this song the most when I just want to dance around like no one is watching. I am swaying whilst writing this, shows about good it is.
The lyrics to me sound like a summer romance. But also like these people have been in love with each other forever. It is so beautiful. 'I found love, in the morning light, I see an angel in my arms' these lyrics are so picturesque, you can just imagine having the person you love in your arms. I think my favourite lyric in the song is 'You've got me singing like life is beautiful', this slightly reminds me of the lyrics in Love is Easy by McFly. I think it's a really poetic way of expressing love for some one.
